my GUESS would be the 15th-18th. It's usually mid-july, though the official page won't probably be updated till late may to maybe early june if past experience is anything to go by. . Also as an extra pointer, if they say gates open at 2, it might be a good idea to arrive maybe around 5. You aren't going to miss out on anything. The earliest ceremony usually starts around 6:30 in past years I think. I've spent many hours waiting in the huge line of cars for them to open the gates sometimes 2-3 hours past the 'official' gate time. As someone who is always early wherever I go, this has meant sitting in/around the car for sometimes 4-5 hours if I got there and hour or so before the gates 'officially open. Then about an hour standing in line to get your wristband. Doesn't mean it's not do-able, and for some people it might be fine. I just know for myself having this happen the past three years I've gone, it kind of puts me in a grumpy frame of mind after a bit that takes a little bit of time to work out of. So arriving a little later in the day you might be able to just drive in with no or little line and have the whole process go a little smoother. :)
edit: July 15th-18th possibly.. Don't know if I made that clear when re-reading my post..
